About Robert Peck

I’m Robert Peck.

If you are facing an inheritance dispute, you need an attorney who has a strong litigation background and knowledge of the complex laws governing trusts and estates. Most attorneys don’t have both. I do. I have over a decade of experience in all facets of litigation, including taking cases to trial. I began my career litigating high-stakes business disputes on behalf of large companies. I shifted my focus to inheritance disputes because I am passionate about fighting for individuals facing real-life problems.

My process is straightforward. When a client retains me, I take the time upfront to learn everything possible about their case. I explain the applicable law and the litigation process, and I work with the client to define their objectives. From there, I build a roadmap to achieving those objectives quickly and efficiently. My goal is always to deliver tangible results as quickly as possible.

I attended the University of San Diego School of Law, where I graduated cum laude and served on the San Diego Law Review. Prior to founding Peck Firm PC, I worked at two prominent San Diego law firms.
